Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable ETL processes for enterprise data integration and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data warehousing, database technologies, ETL tools, and performance optimization to support business intelligence and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for data warehouses, data lakes, and reporting systems.
- Perform data mapping, data validation, and data quality checks.
- Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and ETL failures.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Database Administrators, Business Analysts, and BI Developers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and ETL specifications.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security,



and compliance standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
- Strong experience with ETL tools such as:

- Informatica PowerCenter
- SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

- Talend

- DataStage

- Azure Data Factory (ADF)

- AWS Glue (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database development.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes.
- Knowledge of scheduling and orchestration tools.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
