We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with a strong background in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for various real estate development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. This role requires a deep understanding of construction methods, materials, labor costs, and market trends within the real estate industry to ensure competitive and accurate project budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for all phases of real estate development projects, from conceptual design to final construction, including civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishes.

- Conduct thorough quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications using industry-standard software and manual methods.

- Analyze project specifications, tender documents, contract terms, and other documentation to fully understand project scope and requirements.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients to gather necessary information and clarify project details.





- Obtain and evaluate competitive bids and quotations from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for materials, labor, and equipment.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of cost information, including historical data, material pricing, labor rates, and equipment costs.

- Identify potential risks, opportunities, and value engineering options to optimize project costs without compromising quality or schedule.

- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, budgets, cash flow projections, and financial reports for internal review and client presentations.

- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client negotiations to present and defend cost estimates.

- Stay updated on the latest construction techniques, material innovations, market prices, and regulatory requirements relevant to the real estate industry.

- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, contract agreements, and procurement strategies.

- Provide support during the project lifecycle, including cost control, variation orders, and final account reconciliation.
