Job DescriptionEnterprise Architect – Digital Transformation Experience: 16–20 Years Location: All LTM Locations Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead and drive enterprise-wide architecture strategy aligned with business objectives. The role will focus on digital transformation initiatives, business-IT alignment, and governance of the enterprise technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in defining and implementing enterprise architecture strategies, working closely with senior business stakeholders, and leading large-scale transformation programs. Key Responsibilities • Define and implement enterprise architecture strategy aligned with organizational business goals • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to translate business vision into technology roadmaps • Lead digital transformation programs including application modernization, cloud adoption, and platform optimization • Develop target-state architecture across business, application, data,
and technology domains • Drive enterprise architecture governance through Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and standardization frameworks • Establish and monitor architecture KPIs to measure effectiveness, compliance, and business impact • Lead application portfolio rationalization and modernization initiatives • Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, frameworks, and tools aligned with enterprise strategy • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and enterprise policies • Provide architectural guidance for complex business problems and strategic initiatives Required Skills & Experience Enterprise Architecture • Robust experience in enterprise architecture strategy and execution • Hands-on experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF • Experience in defining enterprise architecture roadmaps and target-state models Digital Transformation • Proven track record in leading digital transformation programs • E
