Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, cloud-native architectures, engineering best practices, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Architect, design, and develop end-to-end web and enterprise applications using contemporary full-stack technologies.
- Lead technical discussions, solution design, and architectural reviews for complex business requirements.
- Define engineering standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across development teams.
- Drive application modernization initiatives leveraging cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.
- Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and performance considerations are embedded in all solutions.
Application Development
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using technologies such as Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Design and build robust APIs, backend services, and microservices using Java, .NET, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data modeling and optimization.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.
Team Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and mentor development teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and issue resolution throughout project lifecycles.
