Job Description
Role: Amazon Connect Developer Exp: 4-7 Years Location: Noida Work Mode: Hybrid What You Need • 4–7 yrs hands-on with AWS services & CaaS platforms (Amazon Connect, Genesys, RingCentral). • 2+ yrs: contact flow development, Lex BOT, Chat/Voice BOTs, routing, and reporting. • 2+ yrs: AWS integrations — Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EC2, CloudFront, IAM, third-party APIs. • 2+ yrs scripting in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js. • CI/CD pipeline experience on AWS or Azure; solid monitoring & deployment automation skills. • Familiarity with Voice, IVR, Chat, SMS/WhatsApp, conversational AI, and sentiment analysis. • AWS Certification preferred. Bachelor's/Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field.



• Ability to provide L3 application support and openness to learn new domains and technologies. What You'll Do • Design, build, and support CX cloud features across the full DevOps lifecycle. • Own implementation and L3 support of business-critical applications (including on-call). • Conduct root cause analyses and coordinate hotfixes for production incidents. • Automate manual operations and champion process efficiency improvements. • Prototype and integrate Gen AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering) into CX workflows. • Collaborate with architects, PMs, and engineers via design/code reviews in an agile team.
