nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Technical Lead with 8-12 years of experience to drive the design and development of scalable backend platforms, microservices, and enterprise-grade applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern Microsoft technologies, cloud-native architectures, and high-impact digital transformation initiatives.

- Design and develop backend services and platform components using .NET (C#) and microservices architecture.n
- Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and enterprise application integrations.n
- Contribute to distributed, event-driven system design using messaging-based solutions.n
- Collaborate with architects, QA, business analysts,



and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.n
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance, scalability, observability, and reliability improvements.n

nWhat We Need

- 8-12 years of software development experience with at least 5+ years focused on .NET (C#), .NET Core/.NET 6+, and backend development.n
- Strong expertise in microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and object-oriented design principles.n
- Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, messaging platforms (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka), CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.n
- Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, quality, research, documentation, and day-to-day work outcomes.n
- Expected to adopt AI-enabled ways of working while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and human review of outputs.n
