STARLIMS Technical Lead / Developer
nOur client is seeking 2 experienced STARLIMS Technical Lead / Developer to join a high-performing team supporting critical laboratory informatics systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a STARLIMS specialist to lead development activities, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and drive enhancements across laboratory-focused applications.
nThis role is ideally suited to someone with deep STARLIMS expertise, strong .NET development experience, and a background working within laboratory, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead STARLIMS development, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.n
- Design, develop, test,



and deploy STARLIMS solutions in line with business requirements.n
- Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.n
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues and system failures.n
- Drive best practices across application design, development standards, and deployment processes.n
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership across projects.n
- Recommend and implement performance improvements and system optimisations.n
- Collaborate within Agile delivery teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.n

nRequired Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.n
- 10+ years of experience in .NET and Oracle/SQL database application development within multi-tier architectures.n
