Job Responsibilities

- Collaborate with client payables and ERP teams to understand integration requirements and gather necessary information.

- Lead solutioning workshops to define functional specifications and integration approaches that align with both our platform and the client's ERP system.

- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan for integration activities, outlining milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

- Run the PMO for the end-to-end integration process, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, product, and business teams, to coordinate integration efforts.

- Identify potential risks and roadblocks during the integration process and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

- Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to both internal and client stakeholders.

- Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and project continuity.

Profile and Qualifications

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in program managing complex ERP integrations,



preferably in the context of supply chain finance or related industries.

- Solid working knowledge of SAP's FICO modules is required. Familiarity with other ERP systems like Oracle is a plus.

- Experience with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Scrum.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Prior experience in the supply chain finance industry is highly desirable.

- Proven track record of leading projects to successful completion on time and within scope.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
