- Client University is seeking to hire dynamic Learning Consultants to engage with digital learning customers across cloud services.
- The role focuses on matching customer learning needs with training content and services.
- Nurture learners to be successful in their cloud learning journey.
- Drive adoption of digital learning model and continuous learning.

Essential Job Functions:

- Engage with cloud customers and create personalized training plans.
- Leverage knowledge of HCM cloud, Peoplesoft, or EBS to define learning paths.
- Identify customer-specific learning goals including certifications and implementation timelines.
- Work with learning administrators to define team learning goals.
- Identify special customer needs and accelerate adoption using existing resources.
- Identify learning trends and recommend new content.




- Promote learning offerings to drive adoption.

Qualifications:

- Skills required – HCM Cloud Learning Specialist.
- 2 to 5 years of IT experience in HCM Cloud or related applications like PeopleSoft or EBS.
- Experience in QA, support, maintenance, or implementation in applications.
- Certification or training in Cloud applications is an advantage.
- Business process understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, or Absence management.
- Technical skills in Fast formula, HCM extracts, OTBI, or BI publisher is an advantage.
- Experience in training or documenting is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Client-facing experience is an advantage.
- Self-motivated team player with strong learning attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Skills required – SCM Cloud Learning Specialist.
- 2 to 5 years of IT experience in SCM Cloud or related applications like PeopleSoft or EBS.
- Experience in QA, support, maintenance, or implementation roles.
- Certification or training in Cloud applications is an advantage.
- Business process understanding of Order Management, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Planning, Procurement, OTM, GTM.
- Experience in training or preparing documentation is an advantage.




- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Client-facing experience is an advantage.
- Self-motivated team player with strong learning attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Professional with strong organizational and planning skills.
