The Precast Erection Engineer will oversee and execute precast erection works at project sites. The role involves supervising site activities, coordinating with teams, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards and delivering projects as per schedule.

Responsibilities

1. Read and interpret drawings, specifications relevant to erection works.
2. Provide work direction for, and promote teamwork amongst, the crew members.
3. Work with the crew to erect the building, while concurrently supervising the work and provide technical expertise to erect buildings in accordance with approved drawings and erection methods.
4. Implement company policies and procedures to ensure that work performance complies with all safety and regulatory standards.
5. Provide input for project pre-planning and follow field plans.
6. Represent the company on the job site and communicate effectively with any general contractor and sub-contractors.
7. Keep supervisors informed on the job s progress and estimate completion dates.
8. Provide daily reports as required to administrative personnel.
9. Collaborate with the engineering and drafting departments to resolve problems as they arise on the job.

Work with production and transport personnel when required.
11. Plan for the efficient use of resources and allocate resources to allow flexibility if problems arise.
12. Communicate resource problems to supervisors in a timely manner.
13. Functional and safety checks to be carried out on site related equipment and machinery and related reports to be produced.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2. 2 to 3+ years of experience in precast erection / construction site supervision.
3. Strong knowledge of erection methods, lifting techniques and safety standards.
4. Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
5. Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Willingness to work at project sites across locations.
