Serving more than 60 countries and holding a dominant market share in key markets such as Germany, the USA, France, Thailand, Italy, Brazil, and others, Parason has completed numerous installations for paper mills ranging from 25TPD to 400TPD.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site EPC Projects role based. The EPC Projects professional will oversee end-to-end engineering, procurement, and construction activities for projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams, managing vendors and contractors, reviewing technical specifications and project designs, and monitoring project schedules and resource allocation.

The role involves conducting site assessments,



ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, preparing project documentation and progress reports, and maintaining regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The EPC Projects professional will also support commissioning and handover activities, troubleshoot project-related issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of project execution processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and resource management for EPC or industrial capital projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in engineering coordination, technical drawing review, and understanding of mechanical or process equipment for pulp and paper or similar industries.
- Candidates should possess skills in vendor and contractor management, including procurement coordination, negotiation, and cost control.
- Candidates should possess skills in site supervision, safety and environmental compliance, and quality assurance across all project phases.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder communication, documentation, and report writing to ensure clear alignment and transparency.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
- Experience in EPC projects within pulp and paper, process plants, or heavy machinery installations will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Aurangabad, travel to customer locations as needed, and collaborate effectively with multicultural teams.
