Profile Summary The Operations Support Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operational workflows, preparing timely reports, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. The role involves monitoring task progress, maintaining operational trackers, and providing regular updates to the Assistant Manager.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Support daily operational workflows and assist in process execution.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor task progress and update the Assistant Manager regularly.
- Maintain operational trackers, documentation, and internal records.
- Identify delays, gaps, or issues in processes and escalate accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with data entry, analysis, and basic MIS reporting.





Knowledge & Skills ● Education: Masters or any related field

● Experience: Freshers can apply

● Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Excellent strategic skills

● Interpersonal and problem-solving skills

● Good multitasking skills

● Positive attitude and willingness to learn

● Team player with good interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
