We're opening our infrastructure to founders building AI-powered products for Indian real estate. You bring the problem you want to solve. We provide the support, the domain depth, the distribution network, and a live environment to test whether it actually works. As an internal founder, the EIR will work closely with leadership, product and technology teams to take new opportunities from market discovery and business-model design to MVP development, pilot launch and early product-market fit.

Who this is for

- You arrive with a specific problem statement and a view on what to build.
- You've founded something, shipped a product, or taken something from zero to one. If you're early in your career, show us what you've built.
- You have working knowledge of real estate, technology, or fintech.



Depth in Indian real estate is a real advantage.
- You can commit fully for at least 12 weeks. No consulting, no parallel ventures.
- Your solution is built for the Indian market.
- Robust business strategy, product discovery and financial modelling skills.
- Understanding of PropTech, real estate, AI/ML, data or automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, ownership and measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
