Role Description The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Engineer role at Amphenol AUXEL is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The ERP Engineer is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ERP modules to support core business functions such as procurement, production, inventory, sales, and finance. This role involves analyzing business requirements, translating them into system specifications, and implementing changes, integrations, and workflows within the ERP environment.

The ERP Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve data quality, streamline processes, and ensure system reliability and security. Day-to-day activities include monitoring system performance, managing user access and training, documenting configurations and procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business process mapping, and integration between functional modules.




- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting at least one major ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Proficiency in database fundamentals, SQL queries, and data analysis for reporting and troubleshooting.
- Ability to gather requirements, prepare technical and functional documentation, and manage change requests.
- Experience with system testing, user training, and go-live support for ERP enhancements or new modules.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant ERP certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial workplace and familiarity with supply chain, production, or finance processes is beneficial.
