Position Dossier: Enterprise Architect - AI/ML

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Architect to lead Omega's AI strategy, architecture, and innovation roadmap. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI platforms, Generative AI solutions, Agentic AI frameworks, intelligent automation, and data-driven products that support Omega's healthcare and revenue cycle management (RCM) transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in AI, data, and cloud technologies with strong business acumen and leadership capabilities. This individual will partner with executive leadership, product teams, operations leaders, and engineering organizations to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into scalable, secure, and impactful enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise AI Strategy & Roadmap

- Define and drive the enterprise AI vision, architecture strategy, governance model, and transformation roadmap.
- Establish AI reference architectures, standards,



design principles, and best practices across the organization.
- Partner with business and operational leaders to identify AI opportunities that improve productivity, quality, automation, and customer outcomes.
- Build a sustainable AI operating model that balances innovation, governance, scalability, and compliance.

AI Platform & Solution Architecture

- Architect and lead implementation of enterprise AI platforms leveraging Azure, Databricks, OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and modern data ecosystems.
- Design scalable GenAI solutions including:
- Conversational AI
- Enterprise Copilots
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Knowledge Assistants
- Document Intelligence
- Intelligent Workflow Automation
- Agentic AI Systems

- Define reusable AI services, APIs, accelerators, and architecture patterns for enterprise-wide adoption.
- Lead AI platform modernization and integration across legacy and cloud-native systems.

Data & Analytics Architecture

- Partner with data architecture teams to define enterprise lakehouse and AI-ready data platforms.
- Establish standards for data quality, governance, lineage, metadata management, and security.
- Design scalable data pipelines supporting predictive analytics, operational intelligence, and AI workloads.
- Drive adoption of Databricks, machine learning platforms, vector databases, and semantic search frameworks.

Healthcare & RCM Innovation

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI across healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, clinical workflows, payer operations, and business process services.
- Lead creation of AI-powered solutions for:
- Medical documentation automation




- Prior authorization support
- Coding assistance
- Claims analytics
- Payment prediction
- Contact center automation
- Workforce optimization

- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure solutions align with healthcare regulatory and operational requirements.

Governance, Security & Responsible AI

- Define AI governance frameworks covering model lifecycle management, explainability, auditability, compliance, and risk management.
- Establish Responsible AI standards addressing fairness, transparency, privacy, and security.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, enterprise security policies, and data privacy requirements.
- Guide AI risk assessments and architecture reviews.

Technology Leadership

- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on AI investments, innovation strategy, and technology direction.
- Lead architecture reviews and cross-functional technology decision-making.
- Mentor architects, engineering leaders, and AI practitioners.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and define adoption strategies that align with business goals.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of overall technology experience.
- 7+ years of architecture leadership experience.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale AI, analytics, or digital transformation platforms.
- Solid experience with Azure cloud architecture and enterprise data platforms.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale technology modernization and transformation initiatives.
