ENT Doctor – Job Responsibilities

- Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.

- Conduct detailed patient history taking and clinical examinations.

- Diagnose conditions such as ear infections, sinusitis, tonsillitis, allergies, hearing problems, and throat disorders.

- Perform ENT procedures such as ear cleaning, nasal endoscopy, foreign body removal, and other minor procedures as required.

- Evaluate patients with hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo, and balance disorders and arrange appropriate investigations.

- Assess and manage patients with nasal obstruction, sinus problems, and breathing difficulties.

- Diagnose and treat voice, speech, swallowing, and throat-related disorders.

- Prescribe medications and other treatments appropriately and monitor patient response.

- Request and interpret relevant investigations, including audiometry, imaging, endoscopy, and laboratory tests.





- Perform or assist in ENT surgeries and procedures within the scope of professional expertise.

- Refer patients to other specialists when required for comprehensive management.

- Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records and treatment documentation.

- Provide patients and attendants with appropriate information regarding diagnosis, treatment, medications, and follow-up care.

- Follow hospital policies, infection-control practices, qualified ethics, and applicable medical regulations.

- Participate in emergency care, clinical meetings, quality-improvement activities, and other hospital duties as assigned.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
