About the Role

F1 Macro Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Communication & Personality Development Trainer to help students improve their spoken English, communication skills, confidence, professional personality and interview readiness.

The trainer will work primarily with students pursuing IT and professional courses and prepare them to communicate confidently in interviews and professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive Spoken English and Communication Skills sessions.
- Improve students' grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and sentence formation.
- Develop conversational English through practical speaking activities.
- Conduct group discussions, presentations, role plays and public-speaking exercises.
- Help students improve confidence, body language and professional etiquette.
- Conduct mock interviews and HR interview preparation.
- Train students in workplace and corporate communication.
- Teach email writing, telephone etiquette and qualified communication.
- Help students prepare professional self-introductions and elevator pitches.
- Provide individual feedback and track student improvement.
- Design activities, assignments and assessments for different skill levels.




- Coordinate with technical trainers and the placement team to improve students' overall employability.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Education, Communication or any relevant discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of training/teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students from different educational backgrounds.
- Confident in conducting group sessions, presentations and mock interviews.
- Experience in Spoken English, IELTS, Soft Skills, Personality Development, Corporate Training or Placement Training would be an advantage.
- Freshers with exceptional English communication and presentation skills may also be considered.
