Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based for Engineers – Planning & Billing / Quantity Surveyor. The role involves preparing and reviewing project estimates, bills of quantities, and cost forecasts, as well as monitoring budgets and expenditures across ongoing projects.

Responsibilities include project planning and scheduling, coordinating with site teams to track progress, and updating project control documents and reports. The role also includes analyzing production data, ensuring timely submission of bills and certifications, and supporting contract management and variation claims.



Day-to-day tasks require close collaboration with project managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate documentation and support efficient project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Planning and Production Planning skills to develop schedules, allocate resources, and support efficient project execution.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities to monitor progress, analyze costs, manage variances, and maintain accurate reports.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with project teams, vendors, and clients, and to prepare clear documentation and reports.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field are preferred.
- Experience in quantity surveying, billing, and planning in construction or infrastructure projects will be beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project planning software (e.g., MS Project or similar) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines is required.
