1. Core functions a) Review of enquiries/tenders to support Sales activities

b) Basic sizing, preparation of equipment flow sheets, equipment list c) Preliminary specifications of buyouts & review of offers from possible supplier d) Makes scope of supply, scope of services, exclusions, deviations in tenders etc. e) Finalize bill of quantities as per agreed scope of supply for final cost estimate f) Prepares technical proposals and cost and sales calculations to support the Sales Mangers in the proposal phases g) Technical risk reviews and optimize overall risk of the project.

h) Collaborates closely with other functions within the organization to ensure the accuracy of the proposal, as well as when developing documentation i) Participate in handing over / transfers of orders from the sales function to project execution to efficiently ensure the change of internal ownership j) Follows the sale from quotation to execution and interacts with customers where relevant to support in securing the sale Additional responsibilities a) Proposal Management b) Project Sales Integration c) Time Management and Priority Setting
