About The Job:

- We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Engineering Manager /Technical Project Manager to lead day-to-day delivery across engineering and production teams.

- This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of key initiatives, especially as team transitions occur.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing cross-functional teams in a product and portfolio environment.

Essential Job Functions:

- Project Delivery Management: Own and drive delivery for the engineering team.

- Stakeholder Communication: Represent the team in business stakeholder calls, service management discussions, and incident reviews.

- Incident Management: Lead incident tracking and resolution, including ticket creation and coordination. (Nice to have)

- Team Leadership: Manage offshore (3rd Party) and onshore (Client) teams delivery with a servant leadership approach.

- Collaboration: Work closely with Product owner, Head of Data Engineering (HoDE – UK based), around user story and ticket creation/backlog refinement and line management.

- Estimation & Planning: Facilitate team-based estimation and ensure visibility on key deliverables, run sprint planning and capacity management with HoDE.

- Timeline Management: Drive progress against tight timelines and ensure accountability.

- Reporting & Visibility: Provide clarity on project status, delays, and capability gaps.

- Exp: 6-10 Yrs

- Timely and quality delivery of projects.

- Clear visibility into progress and blockers.

- Proactive identification of capability or resource issues.





- Strong team alignment and communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of Experience in engineering, product, or portfolio delivery roles. (Can be 5+ years for the right candidate)

- Robust communicator and people-oriented leader.

- Comfortable managing incidents and service calls.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively across geographies.

- Familiar with agile delivery and servant leadership principles.

- Quick to adapt and step into a fast-paced environment.
