Role Overview:

We are looking for a visionary Engineering Leader to lead our solution and engineering teams in building innovative solutions.

Position Summary:

- As the Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for driving the solutions strategy and execution across all engineering teams within Forsys Innovations. You will lead the development of scalable, high-performance systems that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Define and implement the overall solutions vision and roadmap in alignment with the company’s business goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the company’s solution strategy, including system architecture, and product innovation.
- Lead cross-functional teams, working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Product & Solution Leadership:

- Drive the development and packaging of the Forsys Solutions to align with the market and solution fit.




- Develop scalable and performance oriented architecture for the Forsys products and solutions.
- Lead the Product & Solution development teams to deliver the roadmap items in a consistent timely manner with high quality.

Engineering Excellence:

- Enable the AI led design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and reliable systems and applications in Forsys Implementations.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI led coding, testing, DevOps, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) processes.
- Ensure effective collaboration between software development, infrastructure, and quality assurance teams to optimize delivery and performance.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide career development opportunities for team members.

Innovation &Technology; Adoption:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development, cloud computing, LLMs, Agentic Frameworks, AI/ML, and data engineering.
- Identify opportunities for adopting new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and product quality.




- Champion research and development initiatives to ensure Forsys Innovations stays at the forefront of innovation.

Solution & Resource Management:

- Oversee project timelines for solution deployments, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of engineering projects.
- Monitor and mitigate risks while ensuring the scalability and performance of all solutions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer- focused product development.

Requirements:

Education:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from IIT or NIT or BITS any premier institutes.

Experience:

- 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing and scaling engineering teams, preferably in a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environment.
- Strong experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Oracle, and NetSuite.

Skills:

- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate engineers.
- Strong project management skills, including resource planning, risk management, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of data engineering, software development lifecycles, and application security.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Agentic Frameworks, AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise solutions.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
