Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online classes for competitive exam aspirants
- Deliver engaging and energetic lectures with excellent presentation skills
- Explain engineering concepts in a simple, clear, and exam-oriented manner
- Prepare and discuss MCQs, previous-year questions, shortcuts, and revision materials
- Interact with students and handle doubts effectively
- Motivate and mentor students throughout their preparation
- Create quality recorded learning content when required
- Coordinate with the academic team for course and study-material development
What We Are Looking For
- Strong subject knowledge in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Energetic and confident online presence
- Ability to make online classes interactive and engaging
- Passion for teaching and mentoring competitive-exam aspirants
- Good command of English; Malayalam communication ability is an advantage
- Experience in PSC or competitive exam coaching is preferred
