Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand IPC's footprint for GGC valves and valve automation products across Russia and South Asian markets (Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and neighboring geographies).

- Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners/distributors/agents in target countries; drive lead generation and new account development across both product lines.

- Provide technical consultation and deliver product presentations covering GGC valves and automation solutions to international clients, EPC contractors, and OEMs.

- Prepare accurate, competitive techno-commercial offers, including export documentation, Incoterms, and pricing structures suited to international trade.

- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, export documentation, and finance) to ensure smooth order execution, timely shipments, and customer satisfaction.

- Track regional market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory/certification requirements (e.g., EAC/GOST for Russia) relevant to valve and automation exports.





- Achieve and exceed assigned export sales targets across both product categories, contributing directly to the division's international growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Instrumentation preferred).

- 5 to 6 years of proven experience in international/export sales within industrial valves (Gate/Globe/Check), valve automation, or related process equipment sectors.

- Working knowledge of export sales processes LC, Incoterms, documentation, and international payment terms.

- Prior exposure to Russia and/or South Asian markets strongly preferred.

- Robust technical understanding of GGC valves, on-off valve automation systems, and their industrial applications.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfort working across time zones and with overseas clients.

- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to travel internationally as required.
