Support Project Lead in Identifying & implementing various projects for improving Plant infrastructure & Facility and also recent projects.
B. Primary responsibilities
Strategic and planning
Implementing various projects to add capacity, Preparing different layouts and costings, Reduction in operating cost and maintain existing infrastructure as per cGMP standards and development of infrastructure.
Core Functional
Core
- Prepare CAPEX along with different layouts for identified projects and complete the project as per the defined plan.
- Identifying & implement various Cost saving project on operational aspects.
- Ensuring the continuity in Plant operation and maintain cGMP of entire facility.
- Managing the entire facility and maintaining it as per cGMP standards.
Internal Processes
- Coordinating with Utility, admin & manufacturing on infrastructure activity
- Conducting various projects in Civil for facility Improvement.
- Work closely with Operational Excellence & Manufacturing team on various efficiency improvement projects.
- Ensure proper compliance to safety & cGMP
