nLLM & GenAI Engineering

- n
- 6–8+ years of strong Python development experiencen
- 3+ years of hands-on AI/GenAI project experiencen
- Experience productizing AI solutionsn
- Hands-on experience with commercial LLMsn
- Strong knowledge of prompting patterns and structured outputsn
- End-to-end RAG architecture, ingestion pipelines and chunking strategiesn
- Experience with Vector Databases / Vector Search, indexing, similarity search and metadata filteringn
- Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)n
- Experience designing MCP servers/tool endpoints and integrating them with LLM applicationsn
- Experience with Agentic AI / A2A / Multi-Agent workflows such as planner, executor, reviewer and retriever patternsn

nProgramming & Engineering

- n
- Advanced Pythonn




- Experience building APIs, pipelines and AI orchestrationn
- Java / ReactJS is a plusn

nDevelopment Productivity

- Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot for code acceleration, scaffolding services, APIs and developmentn

- Solid SQL skillsn
- SQL Server experiencen
- Query writing, joins and indexing awarenessn
- Experience designing data access patterns for AI applicationsn
- Microsoft Fabric is a plusn

- Experience supporting AI-enabled services in productionn
- Logging, metrics and distributed tracingn
- APM/observability tools such as Datadogn
- Model/prompt monitoring, drift signals and quality regression detectionn
