nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to design, customize, and maintain applications across the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, People, Analytics, Flow, etc.). The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to translate requirements into scalable, automated solutions within Zoho.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Design, develop, and customize applications using Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, and other Zoho One suite productsn
- Write custom functions, workflows, and business rules using Deluge scripting languagen
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and Zoho Flown
- Build custom modules, layouts, fields, and views in Zoho CRM/Creator based on business needsn
- Automate business processes through workflow rules, blueprints, and macrosn
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Zoho Analyticsn




- Migrate data between systems and Zoho applications, ensuring data integrityn
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications and integrationsn
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Sales, HR, Finance, Support) to gather requirementsn
- Maintain documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrationsn
- Ensure data security, user roles, and permission structures are properly configuredn
- Stay updated with new Zoho features and recommend improvementsn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n
- n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldn
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, etc.)n
- Robust proficiency in Deluge scriptingn
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrationsn
- Working knowledge of React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for custom widgets/portals)n
- Familiarity with Zoho Flow for cross-application automationn
