nWe are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our ServiceNow platform. This role involves ensuring smooth IT service management (ITSM) and CMDB, support HR,



SOC & production-related workflows, and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency

nKey Responsibilities

nPlatform Administration

- Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platformn
- Perform upgrades, patches, and system maintenancen
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issuesn

nConfiguration & Customization
n
- n
- Configure ServiceNow modules (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge).n
- Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and reports.n
- Create customized dashboards for Senior Management, Plants, Groups, End-users and manufacturing-specific KPIs (e.g., Executive Dashboard for all plants, downtime tracking, capacity planning, maintenance requests, etc.,).n
