nWe are seeking a skilled C++ Developer with 4-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Windows-based applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP/OOPS) principles, C++ development. The candidate should be capable of developing high-performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
nTechnical Skills:
n4-6 years of hands-on experience in C++ development.
nStrong understanding of OOPS concepts:
nEncapsulation
nInheritance
nPolymorphism
nAbstraction
nDesign Patterns
nStrong knowledge of STL (Standard Template Library).
nExperience with Windows Operating System internals and system programming.
nGood understanding of:
nWin32 APIs
nMultithreading and concurrency
nMemory management
nIPC (Inter-Process Communication)
nFile systems and Windows services
nExperience with Visual Studio and debugging tools.




nKnowledge of software design principles and architecture patterns.
nFamiliarity with source control tools such as Git, SVN, or Azure DevOps.
nUnderstanding of unit testing and code quality tools.
nPreferred Skills:
nExperience with MFC, COM/DCOM, or ATL.
nExposure to networking/socket programming on Windows.
nExperience with modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17/20).
nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and build tools.
nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
