The consumer division focuses on building and scaling wellness and nutraceutical brands, combining in-house manufacturing capabilities with third-party partnerships to deliver end-to-end consumer products. We are looking for an Assistant Manager – B2C with 2-3 years of experience, who can drive structured execution while scaling the B2C vertical from the ground up. The role spans operations, product development coordination, vendor management, regulatory compliance, marketing, and market research & analysis, with a robust hand in pricing strategy and overall business growth of the B2C vertical.

Product Development & R&D; Coordination
• Coordinate with R&D; teams for product development, formulation validation, and feasibility assessments
• Follow up with R&D; for technical documentation, including COAs, product specifications, and compliance requirements
• Operations & Vendor Management
• Manage ongoing operations of an acquired consumer brand, ensuring continuity in processes and execution




• Support development and implementation of SOPs and structured workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Manage third-party vendors for capsule filling, packaging, and labelling activities; Manage packaging material planning and coordinate with packaging vendors for timely supply
• Plan inventory allocation for Amazon FBA and D2C channels; Regulatory Compliance & Finance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as FSSAI, GST, and IEC documentation and approvals
• Oversee inventory records and timely monthly submission of accounting documents to the Finance team
• coordinate with the accounts team for invoice tracking and timely payment processing

Ensure marketing activities are carried out for both brands, including social media and website
• Coordinate with the third-party category team for managing e-commerce activities of the wellness brands
• Coordinate go-to-market execution across teams and ens
