We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join Intellipaat. The selected candidate will be deployed at DY Patil Ambi Campus, Pune , from the Intellipaat side, and will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities at the campus.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP, GST, TDS, Excel, reconciliations, and general accounting .

Manage general accounting entries, including purchases, sales,



receipts, and payments.
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP .
Handle GST entries, GST return filing, and reconciliation .
Maintain purchase records, vendor bills, invoices, and all accounting documentation.
Prepare daily and weekly accounting reports using MS Excel .
Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for reporting and reconciliation.
Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for accounting and finance-related requirements.
Support statutory and internal audit requirements.
Ensure accuracy, timely entries, and proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Handle accounting activities related to the DY Patil Ambi Campus as required.
Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP .
Valuable command of MS Excel , including basic formulas,
