- Strong knowledge in ITSM Modulen
- Solid Knowledge in CMDBn
- Robust knowledge in ITOM Modulen
- Utilizing flow designer for ServiceNow.n

nResponsibilities:
n1 Provide architectural and design oversight to ensure all solutions are fit for purpose and use.
n2 Understand the current "as is processes" and deliver toolset changes based on upcoming process changes.
n3 Customization or development of enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes
n4 Work closely with BA's, Architects, Testing team and process teams.




n5 Take respective ownership as an individual contributor throughout the project lifecycle.
