Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Interview Readiness Coach with prior technical experience who can prepare candidates for interviews with US-based organizations and global clients.
The role combines technical understanding with interview coaching, communication development, behavioral preparation, and overall candidate readiness.
The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to software engineering technologies and be comfortable conducting basic technical discussions and mock interviews. Deep technical training will continue to be handled by the dedicated technical training team; however, this role should be capable of identifying technical gaps and covering essential concepts when required for interview readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Interview Readiness & Coaching
- Prepare candidates for technical and client-facing interviews with US-based companies.
- Conduct comprehensive mock interviews covering technical, behavioral, communication, and situational aspects.
- Coach candidates on structuring transparent and confident responses to technical and non-technical questions.
- Prepare candidates for behavioral interviews using frameworks such as STAR.
- Help candidates confidently explain their projects, technical decisions, roles, responsibilities, challenges, and achievements.
- Prepare candidates to handle follow-up questions, probing questions, and client discussions.
Technical Readiness
- Conduct basic technical questioning and technical mock interviews.
- Assess whether candidates can communicate technical concepts clearly and accurately.
- Identify gaps that may impact interview performance and provide basic technical guidance where required.
- Reinforce important concepts that may not have been sufficiently covered during technical training.
- Work closely with the technical training team when deeper technical intervention is required.
