The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow AI capabilities, Generative AI, enterprise architecture, workflow automation, and digital transformation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise to deliver scalable, secure, and cutting-edge AI solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Define and drive the enterprise AI roadmap within the ServiceNow ecosystem. - Architect scalable, secure, and governed AI solutions aligned with business and enterprise objectives.



- Design and implement AI-powered solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), Employee Experience, Customer Service Management (CSM), and enterprise business workflows. - Lead the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Document Intelligence, Process Mining, Automation Engine, Intelligent Search, and Generative AI Controller. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven digital transformation initiatives. - Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes and operational efficiency. - Establish AI governance, security, scalability, and best practices across the ServiceNow platform. - Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentoring to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
