We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Head / Digital Brand Marketing Manager with a strong background in the Dermatology, Skin Care, Aesthetics, or Healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in digital marketing, paid advertising, brand building, lead generation, and team management. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that strengthen brand presence, generate qualified patient leads, improve online reputation, and drive clinic growth.

Candidates with relevant experience in dermatology, skin clinics, aesthetic clinics, wellness, or healthcare brands will be preferred.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and clinic growth objectives.




- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Optimize campaigns for lead quality, patient acquisition, ROI, and cost efficiency.
- Develop strategies to increase qualified patient leads and clinic footfall across target locations.
- Track campaign performance and use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing outcomes.

Brand Management
- Own brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across digital channels.
- Develop strategies to strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and patient engagement.
- Manage social media presence and drive sustained audience and community growth.
- Oversee online reputation management and ensure positive brand perception.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to maintain high-quality brand communication.

Team Management
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary creative and digital marketing team.
