- Drive, implement, and sustain robust safety culture across shop floor and office areas.

- Ensure compliance with statutory EHS requirements and corporate EHS standards.

- Develop and deliver safety awareness trainings, toolbox talks, and campaigns.

- Conduct daily EHS rounds and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Support and coordinate internal and external audits for ISO 14001 (EMS) and ISO 45001 (OHSMS).

- Maintain documentation, procedures, and records as per ISO requirements.Assist the EHS India team in performing Risk Assessments (HIRA, JSA,etc.).

- Provide technical assistance for machinery safety compliance, ergonomics, and hazard identification.

- Participate in incident investigations and support root cause analysis .

- Safety improvement initiatives

- Engineering controls for hazard mitigation.Installation/commissioning of safety systems

- Conduct regular inspections and internal EHS audits.
