Key Responsibilities

- Support implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems and business excellence frameworks across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Analyze business and operational data using Power BI and other digital tools to generate actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
- Coordinate and work closely with Cross Functional Teams (CFTs) to execute improvement initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.
- Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation.
- Promote digitalization and automation initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for process improvement.
- Prepare management presentations, reports, and documentation using MS Office applications.
- Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and improvement assessments.
- Encourage a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence across departments.
- Support leadership in strategic business excellence initiatives and change management activities.
- Prepare the MIS data for BEX function and extracting the valuable insights or gaps from data.

Required QualificationsEducation





- Bachelor's degree in engineering / Masters in TQM

Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Quality Systems, Operational Excellence, or a related function.

Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills

- Valuable knowledge of ISO Standards and Integrated Management System Frameworks.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Exposure to digital transformation tools and process automation initiatives.
- Strong command over MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of process improvement and quality management methodologies.
