Detailed Planning, Project Monitoring & Execution:

 Collect all engineering drawings and project details.

 Assist in planning and executing site construction activities, including excavation, foundation work, structural work, and utilities installations.

 Conduct fortnightly review meetings with stakeholders.

Site Supervision

 Oversee daily on-site civil works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Contractor & Vendor Management:

 Coordinate with contractors and vendors daily to ensure efficient execution of site activities and timely availability of materials.

Quality Assurance

 Monitor the quality of materials used and ensure construction processes adhere to the highest standards.

 Conduct quality checks and address any non-compliance issues.

Safety & Compliance:

 Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements,



and promote a safe working setting for all personnel. Bill Verification & Approval

 Check running bills of contractors against measurements of actual work done and perform reconciliation.

Liasoning

 Liasoning with Government approval bodies and project architect.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Strong site management and supervision skills.

 Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and site plans.

 Excellent communication and leadership skills for team and contractor management.

Qualifications

 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

 5-7 years of experience in managing construction sites, particularly in industrial or factory projects.

 Proficiency in construction management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD & MS Project).
