Description Stryker Vocera is seeking a hands-on Automations (AI/ML) Engineer for the Technical Support organization. The role focuses on building automation scripts, support tools, and AI/ML solutions to improve troubleshooting and operational efficiency.

Experience

- 2-4 years of experience in AI/ML and/or Process Automation
- Track record of delivering high quality technical results within committed time parameters
- Familiarity with SCM, code review processes, and Agile development methodologies
- No travel required

Qualification

- BS in Computer Science/AI or related field, or equivalent

Responsibilities

- Create automation scripts, support tools, and AI/ML solutions for the Technical Support team
- Work with stakeholders from Support, Quality, and Engineering to scope, design, and build internal tools and automation for troubleshooting Vocera products
- Support tools including CAFI, ASL, and CI/CD Data Pipelines to gather and analyze customer log files
- Develop innovative solutions to meet project requirements and deliver features on schedule
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure features and enablers are effective
- Follow software engineering best practices
- Document designs and product capabilities as needed
- Design, build, deliver, and support scalable and highly available enterprise solutions

- Operate with minimal guidance as an independent self-starter
- Explore current ideas and technologies when requirements are ambiguous
- Communicate analytically, verbally, and in writing

Nice To Have

- Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React and AngularJS
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, and VMWare
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Apache Superset, and Microsoft PowerBI
