About The Job:
- An Endur Developer is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting solutions within the Openlink Endur platform, primarily used in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM).
- The role involves working closely with trading, risk, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, customized solutions.
Essential Job Functions:
- An Endur Developer is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting solutions within the Openlink Endur platform, primarily used in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM).
The role involves working closely with trading, risk, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, customized solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain financial trading systems using Openlink Endur.
- Develop custom solutions using JVS, AVS, OpenComponents, and SQL/PLSQL.
- Configure, implement, test, and integrate Endur into commodity trading environments.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders for complete understanding of functional and corollary technical requirements
- Provide application support and troubleshoot issues across front-to-back office systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal development practices –clean , scalable & testable code
- Follow best practices in design, build and source control management.
- Document technical designs and maintain system documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Experience
- Total Experience: 5–10 Years
- Relevant Experience: 5–10 Years
Mandatory Skills
- Endur Expertise:
- 5–10+ years of hands-on experience with Openlink Endur (version 23/24)
- Programming Skills
- Proficient in JVS, AVS, OpenComponents, Java, .NET, and SQL (Oracle/SQL Server)
- ETRM Knowledge
Strong understanding of energy trading markets, including:
- Oil
- Renewables
- Natural Gas
- Electricity
Deep experience with:
- Trading
- Scheduling
- Settlements
- Mark-to-Market (MTM)
- Exposure Management
- Profit & Loss (PnL) Reporting
Integration Experience:
- Working with REST/SOAP APIs, WCF, and data publishing to downstream systems
Development Methodologies
- Familiar with Agile development and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
Desired Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Analytical Tools
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytics tools
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Capable of mentoring and leading technical teams
