Enablement Framework Engineer

(Focus: Automating governance processes, ensuring transparency)

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain the governance layer for Copilot agents (inventory,

classification, ownership) and all associated components (cloud flows, AI Prompts,

etc.)

- Design and maintain Dev/Test/Prod environment strategy in Power Platform
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for Copilot Studio solutions
- Automate deployment of retrieval and task agents across environments
- Implement automated tracking of agent types (retrieval vs. task agents)
- Maintain centralized usage reporting and performance dashboards
- Automate compliance checks (metadata completeness, ownership, lifecycle status)
- Implement backend automation to enforce naming standards and environment policies
- Implement additional high-code automation features as required
