Position Overview:

As an Employee Success Partner at NxtWave, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee satisfaction, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture. We are seeking proactive and agile individuals, ideally recent MBA graduates with 1-2 years of experience, who are passionate about driving the success of our talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Check-Ins: Proactively connect with assigned employees on a daily basis, understanding their feedback, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall happiness.
- Feedback Collection: Actively seek and collect feedback from employees to understand their experiences, challenges, and suggestions.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for employee issues, working towards prompt and effective resolutions.
- Happiness Assessment: Implement strategies to assess and enhance employee happiness, including organizing team-building activities and recognition initiatives.
- Regular Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with assigned employees,



keeping them informed about company updates and initiatives.
- Tracking Concerns: Document and track employee concerns, ensuring a systematic approach to resolution & maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of interactions and issue resolutions.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential issues and proactively address challenges before they escalate.
- Employee Well-being Initiatives: Collaborate with business units to design and implement initiatives that promote employee well-being.

Qualifications:

- Recent MBA graduate with 1-2 years of experience in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to proactively address challenges and drive solutions.
- Empathetic and supportive mindset with a genuine commitment to employee success.
- Agile and adaptable, thriving in a startup culture.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employee engagement strategies is a plus.
