Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced EMEA Payroll Coordinator with robust expertise in end-to-end payroll operations, multi-country payroll processing, statutory compliance, and payroll service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end payroll operations across the EMEA region.
- Handle payroll processing, gross-to-net calculations, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Ensure statutory compliance, regulatory submissions, and month-end/year-end payroll activities.
- Resolve employee queries and maintain payroll controls and SOPs.
- Coordinate payroll audits, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive payroll process improvements and operational efficiencies.





Key Requirements:

- 5–7 years of relevant payroll experience.
- Hands-on experience in at least one European country; UK, Switzerland, or Germany preferred.
- Experience managing payroll populations of 1,000–3,000 employees.
- Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll, statutory compliance, and multi-country payroll operations.
- Experience with payroll service providers such as ADP, Infosys, TMF Group, Neeyamo, or similar organizations preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
