About The Job:

- Client's Cyber Security team is looking for day-to-day email security incident triage and supporting safe communication channels.

- The role focuses on monitoring and escalating phishing, spoofing, or policy-violating messages.

Essential Job Functions:

- Monitor and investigate email alerts from tools like Mimecast.

- Quarantine management and safe release handling.

- Report and escalate suspicious/phishing emails.

- Maintain user blocklists/allowlists as per policy.

- Document all actions taken during email investigations.

Qualifications

- Experience: 2-3 yrs.

Skills & Certifications:

- Working knowledge of email protocols (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

- Familiarity with email security platforms like Mimecast, Proofpoint.

- Awareness of phishing and spam patterns.

- Certifications (preferred): CompTIA Security+, Mimecast Email Security Admin
