Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Email Marketing Specialist to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical expertise to deliver high-performing campaigns. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure email initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns across multiple customer segments.
- Develop and manage automated email workflows, nurture sequences, and customer journeys.
- Write compelling email copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversions.
- Segment and maintain email databases to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate actionable insights through marketing analytics tools.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, layouts, and send times to continuously improve results.
- Ensure all email communications maintain brand consistency and adhere to email marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing,



sales, and design, to support integrated marketing initiatives.
- Monitor email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with applicable email regulations and standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in email marketing and marketing automation.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably within a B2B, technology, or professional services environment.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, audience segmentation, and email nurturing campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid knowledge of email deliverability, personalization, automation workflows, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
