Role Overview

We are hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, build, and manage high-converting B2B email campaigns for our US and international clients. In this role, you will own the full email lifecycle—from list segmentation and sharp copywriting to technical delivery, A/B testing, and performance reporting. If you know how to write emails that enter the primary inbox, engage US enterprise buyers, and generate qualified revenue pipelines, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Build and deploy multi-touch cold sequences, nurture drips, and event-triggered workflows across platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign.




- Copywriting & Messaging: Write sharp, conversion-focused subject lines, preview text, and email copy tailored to US verticals like SaaS, tech, and professional services.
- Template Design & Layout: Work with designers to build clean, responsive, mobile-friendly email templates and modular layouts.
- Analytics & Client Reporting: Track metrics like open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and pipeline revenue, presenting weekly/monthly actionable reports to clients.
- Industry & AI Trends: Stay updated on US market trends, email algorithm changes, and AI-driven personalization tools.

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience running B2B email marketing campaigns for US or international markets.
- Proven track record in achieving strong open rates, CTRs, and lead conversions.
- Hands-on experience with major ESPs/MAPs (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Strong B2B copywriting skills with clear, engaging, and qualified English grammar.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
