Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Email Marketing Manager role based in Noida.

The Email Marketing

Manager will plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns to support lead generation, client engagement, and retention across multiple regions.

Responsibilities include developing campaign strategies, segmenting audiences, creating and reviewing email copy, setting up workflows in marketing automation tools, and ensuring high deliverability, open, and click-through rates. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and client success teams to align email initiatives with broader digital marketing efforts and business goals.

The Email Marketing

Manager will also analyze campaign performance, prepare regular reports, conduct A/B tests, and make data-driven recommendations to improve results and maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Marketing and Digital Marketing skills, with experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns.




- Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in Marketing Automation platforms and related tools used to create workflows, nurture journeys, and measure performance.
- Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation skills, including audience segmentation, list management, and conversion-focused campaign design.
- Candidates should possess experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and integrating email campaigns with CRM data.
- Relevant experience in B2B or professional services marketing, ideally within finance, accounting, or outsourcing domains.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency with email and web analytics, and ability to interpret metrics to drive improvements.
- Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain brand voice across campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in email marketing or marketing automation are an advantage.
