As an Email Marketing Executive , you will be instrumental in designing and executing our email marketing strategy, contributing directly to lead generation and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute cold outbound email campaigns and multi-step nurturing sequences.
- Manage lead nurturing and reactivation campaigns to re-engage dormant prospects and accelerate conversion.
- Craft highly personalized outreach strategies for our enterprise accounts, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Orchestrate event, roundtable, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) gifting campaigns to strengthen relationships.
- Oversee database segmentation, hygiene, and deliverability to maximize campaign effectiveness and sender reputation.
- Conduct rigorous campaign reporting, A/B testing, and continuous optimization to improve key performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to ensure alignment and drive a consistent flow of qualified meetings.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in B2B Email Marketing or Demand Generation roles.
- Exceptional written English communication skills and meticulous attention to detail in all campaign assets.
- Proven understanding and practical experience with cold outreach methodologies and nurture campaign frameworks.




- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and email automation platforms for efficient workflow management.
- A strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make informed optimization decisions.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, GMass, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot, or Kylas is a significant plus.
