Position

FGSPL is looking for an experienced Electronics Hardware Assembly Operator Trainer to deliver industry-oriented technical training to 2nd-year ITI students at ITI premises.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training, with a strong focus, on hands-on learning. The role will focus on developing students’ skills in electronics hardware assembly, component identification, PCB assembly, soldering, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, quality control and workplace safety. The role requires strong industry knowledge along with prior teaching/training experience to ensure effective hands-on learning and skill development among ITI or other students.

Educational Qualification

· Diploma in Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering;

· ITI in Electronics / Electrical trade.

Industry Experience

· Diploma Candidates: Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in Electronics Hardware Assembly.

· ITI Candidates: Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in Electronics Hardware Assembly / EV Electronics Hardware Assembly.

Teaching / Training Experience

· Preferred:



Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching/training experience as an Electronics Hardware Assembly Operator Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver theory and practical training in Electronics Hardware Assembly.

· Provide hands-on training in PCB assembly, soldering, wiring and component assembly.

· Train students in identification and handling of electronic components and tools.

· Demonstrate testing, inspection and basic troubleshooting techniques.

· Provide practical exposure to electronic hardware assembly, wherever applicable.

· Ensure students follow ESD, safety and quality-control practices.

· Follow the prescribed curriculum, lesson plans and practical training schedule.

· Maintain attendance, session records and other required training documentation.

· Coordinate with ITI officials and the FGSPL project team for smooth implementation.

· Support students in developing industry-relevant technical skills and practical competency.

Trainer Profile

· Strong practical knowledge of electronics hardware assembly.

· Relevant industry experience in electronics hardware assembly.

· Good communication and classroom-management skills.

· Ability to explain technical concepts through practical demonstrations.

· Passion for training and developing ITI students.

· Ability to work effectively with ITI management and the FGSPL project team.
