We are Hiring: Electroplating Quality Manager

Sunplus Power Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Quality Professional to oversee the electroplating process for our electrical earthing and solar grounding components.

Role Overview:-

Location: Lucknow (In office)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Industry: Electrical Earthing & Solar EPC

Reporting To: Plant HeadEmployment

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute electroplating for earthing strips, rods, and metal components.

Control and optimize plating parameters: bath chemistry, temperature, voltage, and coating thickness.

Inspect finished goods for defects (peeling, uneven coating, roughness, discoloration) to ensure adhesion and finish standards.

Maintain batch records, chemical consumption logs, and bath maintenance schedules.Uphold shop-floor safety, EHS compliance, and 5S standards.





What We’re Looking ForEducation: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Production Engineering, or related technical field.

Experience: 1–3 years in electroplating, galvanizing, or metal finishing (experience with GI/steel strips or earthing products preferred).

Skills: Strong grasp of rectifiers, surface preparation, chemical bath monitoring, and defect analysis.
