- Manage the day-to-day operations of the electronics store and ensure smooth functioning.

- Supervise and coordinate store staff, including assigning daily duties and monitoring performance.

- Maintain accurate records of stock, inventory, inward and outward movements, and sales.

- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving and essential products.

- Receive, inspect, and verify electronic products against purchase orders and delivery documents.

- Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and display of electronic products.

- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system inventory.

- Coordinate with the sales, purchase, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth store operations.

- Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries, complaints, and product-related issues.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to sales, stock, and store performance.

- Ensure proper billing, documentation, cash handling,



and compliance with company procedures.

- Monitor product warranties, replacements, returns, and damaged/defective products.

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, security, and overall presentation of the store.

- Ensure company policies, procedures, and internal controls are followed.

- Coordinate with service centers and suppliers for product repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.

- Identify slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete inventory and report the same to management.

- Take responsibility for achieving store sales, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

- Report major operational issues, stock discrepancies, and customer concerns to management and take corrective action where required.

Pay: From ₹12,500.00 per month
